Note

The nose offers intense aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries and plums, along with notes of spices. This wine is full-bodied and velvety.  Expect flavors of dark fruit, chocolate and subtle hints of oak due to barrel aging.  Its tannins are will-integrated providing a smooth lingering finish.

A real Eden garden of 8 hectares grouped, the Château du Paradis, is located on a magnificent rump of bass.This mixture of gravel, clay and sands carried by the Dordogne accumulates and reflects heat during the maturation of the grapes, thus promoting the concentration, complexity and aromatic finesse of wines.

 facilitated by unique technologies such as Tribaie and Calibaie, each batch of grapes is treated optimally. Maceration is carried out by infusion with total immersion of the pomace, promoting gentle extraction without the use of pumps. This process highlights silky tannins, reflecting the exceptional quality of the terroir.
